The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is created to promote and maintain an unbiased environment in the company. The Grievance Redressal Committee not only encourages employees to express their barriers but also seeks solutions to their complaints. The GRC recognizes and understands the value of discussion in clearing up misunderstandings and maintaining existing relations.
